Travis Behrens - Social Studies Teacher
Welcome! My name is Travis Behrens and I teach 5th and 6th grade math as well as 7th and 8th grade Social Studies at NOVA. This is my 13th year of teaching and my 3rd here at NOVA.
Before teaching at NOVA, I taught 6th Grade math at South Middle School for 9 years. I am currently a football and basketball coach at South and coach baseball in the Spring and Summer months.
I love all things sports! I played college baseball at TVCC, where I decided to become a teacher. I have coached all levels from high school to 8-year-olds. I am a diehard Chicago White Sox fan and I also love rooting for the Tennessee Titans and Boise State Broncos football teams.
